The hotel's location was simply *chef's kiss*; close to everything. The staff were great and the amenities were fab. The best part? The unique Buyer Protection Program, just in case my experience wasn't posh enough.

The reception people were very polite and helpful. Everytime they response to the guests with smile.
The people at the Limousine desk infront of the hotel is most of the time anoying. They are only interested to hire the Taxis always waiting infront of the hotel. This should be stoped.

Everyday I left my room at 10 am and hang the green makeup sign. On return after lunch the room had not yet been made up.

Friendly reception and front office staff. Convenient location near BTS and Sukhumvit shopping areas. Small refrigerator in the room with cold water and drinks. Option to book tours at the reception. Breakfast in the coffee shop is okay.

The Spa was excellent, great staff, great Thai massage. The breakfast buffet was as good as I have experienced in a hotel twice this price. All the hotel staff were excellent, from the door to the room.

We were a regular customers for many years ago, we love the hotel as it is not too big and warm welcome from all staffs. We have stoped staying there about 6 years ago because we bought a house in Thailand.
We were not impress with our last stayed because there were a loud noise from referbish at 9 am. I had a cold and headache and planned to sleep late but we were woke up by that noise which we were assume that it was happened from the next door.

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping areas and has easy access to both Asok and Nana BTS stations. The room charge is very reasonable considering its prime location. There are plenty of Indian restaurants nearby, making dining options diverse. The rooms are neat and the mini bar, although old, adds a touch of nostalgia to the experience. The breakfast, although with limited options, is tasty and filling.
The corridors are in need of repair and have a distinct odor when walked through.

The value for money... Loved the place as I was visiting the Bangkok for the first time and that also alone so I loved the location of the hotel. Very near to MBK and Paragon.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Sukhumvit area. It was so convenient to have easy access to the Asok and Nana BTS stations, as well as Terminal 21 Mall and Tops supermarket. Plus, there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff here were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests or questions we had. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We also appreciated the option to book daily tours through the travel agent in the hotel. it was a great experience!
We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.
